The food was good, but I had a really bad experience with their ordering system. I ordered at the kiosk, and it said it would text me when my order was ready. I waited 30 minutes and no text. I had tried a couple times to ask for status at the counter, but they were busy preparing food and not available to talk to customers (because there's a kiosk for that, I guess.) My favorite place in the market. Food is great and staff really pay attention to detail and take pride in the food. My favorite is the crispy pork w an egg add on and everything on it.

I had a Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I walked a few blocks away while sipping the drink and realized there was no boba. I returned to the location and pointed out to one of the workers that the item was missing boba. He said I didn’t add it to my purchase but would give it to me, but I would have to pay next time.

On the website, photos of most of the teas include boba in the drinks. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something advertised as included and...
