I have been to this Top Golf location 2 other times and this was the worst experience I have had, regarding the customer service. The young man who was our waiter was great and did his best with what was in his control. He checked on us often, put our orders in on time and had a nice, professional and friendly demeanor. However, the bar was not sending our food or drinks on time, we never got our second round of drinks my group ordered, nor did we receive one of the food items...

It's great but really expensive

Parking: Top golf validates parking for you at the casino parking garage which is only a short walk away

Kid-friendliness: There where lots of kids around, birthday parties and such, I don't know how much fun they would have without knowing a little bit about how to swing a golf club

Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to take you to any floor

Elevator was down this time but a few steps want kill us and everything else was great. Bathrooms were super clean and drinks were cold ball machine worked and clubs were all there 2nd and 3rd floor are the best.
