We had a great experience for our first time. Our server was absolutely amazing. I wish I remembered her name. The food besides whatever green soup my wife had was great. ( It was her taste buds) The only very small issue I had was, I believe the drinks were a bit pricey 23 bucks for an old-fashion was just a little on the high side, although it was good. That price limited me to one lol. And the view was perfect. Great experience will go back.

Food and service were both amazing at Topside. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We were even brought a champagne toast on the house, and a non-alcoholic one for my wife (she had ordered an N/A drink earlier), which was a great gesture. I will definitely be back. The Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert special was a real highlight.

The restaurant was very pretty with a great view of the city. It was freezing cold. I could not take my jacket off the entire night. The menu was extremely limited. We could not find one appetizer that we wanted to order. Struggled to find something we wanted for dinner. Very expensive. Not very busy, but service was meh. Not rushing back.

Gorgeous view of Baltimore from the 14th floor of the Hotel Revival. Prompt and friendly service with really good food. Excellent value. The restaurant was moderately loud and it was not full. Retro tile on floor, glass windows and open space needs some sound baffling device(s). Any more diners would make conversation difficult.

Date night at Topside was a hit and topped off a romantic stay at Hotel Revival. Wonderful window seating with direct view of Mt. Vernon Square was a plus. Laid back and swanky at the same time. Loved the G6 cocktail, which was a teeny bit pricey, although probably comparable for the city. The gluten free options were delicious. I had the Octopus and the Lamb, followed by the salated caramel panna cotta. Wonderful ambiance and meal start to finish.

Food was great. Views were great though next time I'll try to get a seat by the window. We'll be back.

We dined at Topside on Dec 28th. From start to finish it was a stellar experience. We had drinks at the bar served by Spike the bartender. He was warm and welcoming and knew how to make on point fabulous cocktails. We had a great table facing the lit up Washington Monument. Wow what a spectacular view! Our server Joshua was also very hospitable and professional. We started off with the charcuterie board which was very tasty and beautifully presented. I had the Seafood Chipinno which was probably the best I have ever eaten. Plenty of seafood and the broth was so savory! My partner got the Lamb which melted in your mouth. Our friends enjoyed cheeseburgers which looked juicy and scrumptious. The rockfish was fresh delicately prepared. I want to thank Joshua personally for making our dining experience there a memorable one. We will return soon! Oh, don't skip the dessert menu we shared about every item on their menu and they were all outstanding! 🎄🥂❤️

Delightful place in the Mt Vernon area of Baltimore. Great menu and craft cocktails. Wish we'd had more time to return when we were there, but we will return to see what new and exciting items are on the menu! Service was excellent!!!

The food and service was very good. Great views of the City. $14 for nothing special bread is insane. Otherwise very good.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner early in the evening (6-8-ish) after seeing a matinee performance at the Hippodrome; we found lots of nearby parking within a minute or two of the restaurant atop the Revival Hotel. The location is very nearby to downtown Baltimore venues and across the street from the Walters Art Gallery and the Washington Monument. The service was superbly provided by our server, Alexis, who was well-informed, highly attentive, and delightful in each encounter thoughout the evening. The food was really terrific as well and included an app with a variety of smoked fish, entrees of duck breast and lamb shoulder, and a fresh strawberry shortcake for dessert. The view during dinner was spectacular as we sat at a table-for-two next to the window looking out over the festively illuminated Washington Monument across the street, up Monument Street, and across east Baltimore with both Johns Hopkins medical campuses along the distant horizon. There were also great views looking north and west of Topside to enjoy next time.

One of the best rooftop views in Baltimore! Great ambience, solid food, and great service. Will definitely come again.

Great service. Drinks were good. Food was just ok. I'd go back for the drinks and the ambiance.

Great views of Baltimore and great selection of drinks. However it took awhile to actually get the drinks. Our server was very friendly but had to grab her a few times. Pretty sure we ordered the cheese board but got the charcuterie board. Fries were great but took a while to get. Then there was the bartender who was actually the rudest server I have ever encountered. According to him I could not be served anymore. Bet he wishes I was more drunk so I wouldn't remember his rudeness.

I have been to topside before and really loved the ambience of the place. Decided to come back to bring my bf for his bday and I put it was a special occasion; however we canceled the reservation and just went to the bar for a couple drinks and dessert, but they still honored his birthday! They brought out a candle and chocolate that said happy birthday! I was really excited and so was he, I just appreciated that so much for still making his day special!

Food was average. Lamb overcooked, Cioppino had more vegetables than fish or shellfish and cheese plate was scant. Waitress was good. The view is outstanding. Maybe best to go for happy hour not dinner
