The black teenager (African American) has the worst customer service I have ever seen, she serves people badly, I had to repeat the order since she did not want to recommend anything to me, she simply pointed to the menu with her hand, simply, if you want some good clients change that girl and look for someone who even wants to work (TERRIBLE SERVICE

A terrible experience. The smoothie was so bland and the customer service was seriously lacking. The teenage girl taking my order was very unfriendly and too busy talking to her friends to complete my order. A complete waste of time and money.

The door was open, flies everywhere, the employee greeted, very very pleasant young lady, but had no idea what she was doing. I go to tropical smoothies probably once or twice a week, various locations nvr had anyone ask me how many Splenda to put in drink, then the wrong drink was made, after telling her three times the order..the chorizo quesiddlla had no pineapple sauce, they say they were out of it, the quesidilla taste like chemicals, from all the Spam she sprayed on the grill, it's a big fat ? for this loc for me

Terrible customer service. As soon as you walked in it was like a sauna in there so it makes sense why the employees look and feel miserable. Poor management of this specific location. I buy tropical smoothie 5 days out of the week and the Canton location definitely makes it harder for me to keep up my addiction ?. I felt bad for the employees but then again nobody is forcing them to stay at that location…. ??‍♂️

The employees are phenomenal, but they're stretched far too thin. I showed up to pick up my order when it said it would be ready and they hadn't started on it yet. There were 2 employees working with a packed store and mobile orders piling up. Great food, great employees, but seems to be severely understaffed during peak business hours. Help them out please, Tropical!

Friendly and quick service. The store lacks cleanliness or a clean appearance. I wanted to be wowed by this place so badly being that this was my first time here AND the recent commercials really influenced me to stop in. Not interested in returning. Not clean at all. The countertops, tables, and floors were visibly dirty as pictured. Hopefully the machine and utensils used to make my smoothie were clean (crosses fingers).

Good Lord, the service at this location has gone from pretty darn good to abysmal in the span of less than 6 months. I used to come to this location frequently, so much, in fact, that the employees seemed to know my order and my wait time was almost non-existent. Those days seem to be gone. This afternoon there was not a single customer in the store. I had ordered a smoothie, it's wasn't ready, it took entirely to long to make, and doesn't taste the way I remember it. I kinda feel bad about not giving them good reviews back when it was good, and it really WAS for awhile there. Unfortunately, it seems they've made some errors in hiring, which are notoriously difficult to reverse. Such a shame, luckily this is a chain with multiple locations. Time to find a new home :(

We came during national flip flop day where you get a free 12oz strawberry margarita smoothie for wearing flip flops. They honored us, but then we figured we'd order some food as well.First of all, the music playing is SO loud, you can barely hear them calling out your order. This is where things got messy. We ordered the chipotle chicken club with jalapeño chips. Some lady on her phone accidentally picked up ours, who seemed confident it was hers. Then they called out her actual order, which was the jerk chicken with jalapeño chips. That's when we told them our order was the chipotle one and the lady worker sighed and looked like she was about to cry. Anyway, we just said it was fine and we'd try something new.Jerk chicken was good, not much meat in it. I'd much rather of had my actual order though.
