Friendly and quick service. The store lacks cleanliness or a clean appearance. I wanted to be wowed by this place so badly being that this was my first time here AND the recent commercials really influenced me to stop in. Not interested in returning. Not clean at all. The countertops, tables, and floors were visibly dirty as pictured. Hopefully the machine and utensils used to make my smoothie were clean (crosses fingers).
We came during national flip flop day where you get a free 12oz strawberry margarita smoothie for wearing flip flops. They honored us, but then we figured we'd order some food as well.First of all, the music playing is SO loud, you can barely hear them calling out your order. This is where things got messy. The employees are phenomenal, but they're stretched far too thin. I showed up to pick up my order when it said it would be ready and they hadn't started on it yet. There were 2 employees working with a packed store and mobile orders piling up. Great food, great employees, but seems to be severely understaffed during peak business hours. Help them out please, Tropical!
