I was able to speak with the general manager and her team lastnight while waiting for my food and they are warm and welcoming. My smoothie was watered down a little and they fixed it for me right then and there. The food was good i just feel like the toppings on my flat bread could have been evenly spread out ( which i didnt notice until i got home ) but other than that it was really good!!! My son ordered a door dash delivery and the order was missing an item.The owner, I believe his name is Dave, delivered the missing item along with a free smoothie to our home within 15 minutes from contacting the store. He was very apologetic and would not accept a tip. Impeccable customer service !! Thank you Dave, you went above and beyond!

Tropical smoothie is a place I go to often. Today I door dashed because they close early and I wasn’t able to go there personally, when my food arrived I was missing a smoothie. Called the dasher asked what happened she explained that she was only given one. Next I called tropical smoothie thinking it wouldn’t do much but it was worth a try, the owner David answered we explained the problem and he was so generous that he personally brought two smoothies to my house.
