My son ordered a door dash delivery and the order was missing an item.The owner, I believe his name is Dave, delivered the missing item along with a free smoothie to our home within 15 minutes from contacting the store. He was very apologetic and would not accept a tip. Impeccable customer service !! Thank you Dave, you went above and beyond!
Tropical smoothie is a place I go to often. Today I door dashed because they close early and I wasn’t able to go there personally, when my food arrived I was missing a smoothie. Called the dasher asked what happened she explained that she was only given one. Next I called tropical smoothie thinking it wouldn’t do much but it was worth a try, the owner David answered we explained the problem and he was so generous that he personally brought two smoothies to my house. I use tropical cafe as a luxury item I treat myself to every now and again. The service was prompt but all I ordered was a kid size smoothie and it took every bit of forever. Even when it was complete the barista sat it on the counter to make orders that was placed after mine to bring them all to the counter at once. For the price we are paying they need to speed up the service.
