Last day in Baltimore and we wanted to try a local deli sandwich. we are in Baltimore celebrating a anniversary and a birthday and came across this spot and I’m so glad we tried it! Beautiful neighborhood, nice little outside tables to sit at and people watch, people were so nice, and the sandwiches we got were amazing!
I eat here at least once a week! The food is delicious and the staff is very nice! Lots of cute dog photos inside!

I ordered at Urban Deli for a work event. They only delivered bagels, when we ordered sandwiches. We spent $167.26 for our order. The owner is sooooo rude. She cussed me out and yelled at me on the phone (07/25/10:36am) for trying to resolve the issue and receive the promise refund for the mistake. I was professional, while she was not acting like a business owner. Yes we ordered through Instacart, but Urban Deli is the one who receives the payment. I reordered on the same day, 07/07/25 for an order of $87.76 for the sandwiches they gave us a note, free cookies and brownies for their mistake. Yet, the disrespectful manager didn't want to hear anything I said. I am encouraging you all to second guess going there. The bagels were hard, the sandwiches lacked flavor, and the owner needs a reality check. I spoke with the owner today, 07/25/2025 after trying to resolve this on 07/01/25 hoping we would've received the refund by now.

We had sandwiches delivered at work. Everything looked great. I tried the Cuban panini, which had great ham and pork, but would have been better IMO if the flavor wasn’t overwhelmed with too much yellow mustard, which also made the otherwise tasty bread soggy. The home brewed iced tea was perfect, though. I’d order from here again.

10/10. The best grab-and-go / Uber Eats joint in Baltimore. They use all organic, responsibly-sourced, and/or homemade ingredients which makes their sandwiches not only healthy but unbelievably tasty. The Urban Deli is a true gem and a must-try, at the risk of becoming addicted like I am. Try the Turkey Club if you’re undecided.
Cute spot! Had a breakfast bagel sandwich and coffee. It was amazing! Not too much seating inside (one table for two and a bar with four stools) this was winter time so no outdoor seating available. I will definitely be back!

Laura, the owner, is so incredible kind and sweet! Stopped in on our BARCs Day Out with a shelter dog and was able to enjoy lunch outside. Highly recommend the Cuban, Sobo, or Tuna sandos. The bread was perfect!
