First time here. Wonderful experience! Very kind and courteous customer service. Good coffee. Great cookies. Bought some pizzelles. Very nice setup. Nice neighborhood too. Definitely want to visit again when I have more time. I definitely want to get one of those cakes for my upcoming birthday! Gelato, pannini, and customer appreciation specials are available too.

Best bakery in Canton. one of my top two bakeries in Baltimore. Cannolis are great, cookies are great. The only problem is I never get out of there without spending $60 to $80🙂

I was on my way to try Cafe Dear Leon, but after seeing the very long line, I decided to walk down the block to Vaccaro’s instead. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. The sandwiches are delicious and large enough to share and there is a huge selection of pastries. The food came out quickly and actually wasn’t even that expensive for the size. Despite it being lunchtime, there were only a smattering of customers, so it was easy to find a seat to eat my food. Highly recommend.

I ordered a panini from here and I don’t think they pressed it (or even cooked it) at all. I picked it up as soon as it was ready and it was not warm at all. The cheese is unmelted, the bread is WAYYYY too thick, you cannot tell me this is a panini. I don’t think this sandwich was even within 100 yards of a panini press. I’m very disappointed by this. The tortellini salad also is just pesto on tortellini there is no sun dried tomatoes.

Cannoli stuffing tastes like cheap cake frosting. Not what I was expecting for the price
I wanted to like this bakery. I am used to the Italian bakeries in NY - similar offerings. We ordered cream puffs and bought a large selection of cookies. The cream puffs were stale and filled with a gelatinous custard. The cookies were also stale. The store gets a lower score because the lavatory was out of service (leak in ceiling). Service was fine but reflective of the product- not very high quality. Sad.

I went to get some ice cream at 2pm and when I got there we were waiting in line and when it was my turn to order the employees ignored me completely. I said excuse me and they didn't even look at me. I waited 20 minutes untill waiting. The service used to be good but now its not. Dont waste your time here.

We stopped here for dessert that we enjoyed on a bench in the park. The tiramisu and chocolate chip ice-cream were delicious.

I love the cannolis here!!!!!!!
Nice people. Location convenient (even if parking isn't). Space is nice and comfortable. However, the pastries/cookies tasted stale or old. Definitely not fresh. For the price, that was disappointing. Won't be returning.
I’m from San Francisco. We have North Beach, an Italian American enclave where decent Italian bakeries abound. Regardless whenever I come to B-more to visit my daughter, l must come for Vaccaro’s Italian cookies. Never been disappointed!
Service, friendly nor necessarily effusive, that’s fine w me. Atmosphere, bare bones, no frills, good enough. Go for the cookies!
