Food and service were terrific. Loved the crab cakes and the cheese steak easily holds its own against Philly’s. Don’t know why management feels the need to pump the volume on electronic music when the crowd was trying to watch the games tho’

I came here because I saw so many great reviews about their fresh oysters, so we decided to try them. But I was honestly shocked by what came to the table. The oysters were dry, flat, and just… sad. One of them was even completely messed up — you can see it in the photos I attached.
And by the way, the Maryland crab soup wasn’t good at all either. I didn’t even bother including the photo — you can try it yourself and let me know what you think.
Not gonna lie, maybe it’s on me for ordering oysters from a bar, but still… this was really disappointing, especially after all the positive reviews.

When we walked in we had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged by the host. When we were seated we were brought water. After 15 minutes we asked another waitress if she could find our waitress and then after another 5 minutes we just had to walk out. We were passed by 2 waitresses, could be seen by all of the bartenders and both the host and man that brought us water knew we were seated and waiting and still got no service.

🦀 Crabless and Confused at The Watershed 🎶
We came to The Watershed with one mission: steamed crabs. What we got instead felt more like a Friday night at a club than a classic Maryland crab house. Don’t get me wrong — the music was bumping and the energy was high, but it’s not exactly the vibe you want when you're craving a messy, hands-on crab feast.
We were seated quickly, but the music was so loud we could barely hear each other. Then came the real disappointment: our waiter informed us they were completely out of crabs. At a place known for seafood, that’s like showing up to a pizza joint and being told they’re out of dough. How does that even happen?
We didn’t stick around to find out. Instead, we walked over to L.P. Steamers — a much better choice for crab lovers. Cozy, authentic, and yes, they had crabs. Lots of them. If you’re looking for a true steamed crab experience, skip the club vibes and head to the source.

Excellent place for a Baltimore dinning experience on the harbor. Location was great. Make reservations! The waiting lobby area is large with plenty of seating. We dined inside. Food was excellent, host and wait staff were prompt and friendly.

Delicious food and cocktails presented so beautifully. Ambiance was contemporary casual and would probably be a great place to watch sports.
Not sure if this place was just having a bad day but I was very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. Came on game day and they weren’t busy. My party and I had to keep looking for our server to the point where the manager came up to us asking “are you looking for your server?”. That happened multiple times. No drink specials. Wings don’t come with fries. Chicken was dry. They charge 50 cents for dipping sauce as if they already provide a dipping sauce for fries, which they don’t. A place like this shouldn’t be charging for a dipping sauce and have service like this. Maybe you’ll enjoy it if you’re already a bit drunk, otherwise don’t waste your time.

Had group of 8 and making reservation was easy to do. The crab dip was truly amazing! The lychee martini also a highlight with dinner. We had variety of meals from fried shrimp to angus steak to the stuffed lobster tail and all were very good. Service was a bit slow and we were constantly waving down waitress to order or get bill but overall experience was good and I'd definitely go back!

I had an amazing experience at Watershed in Baltimore! From start to finish, everything was a vibe. The rooftop bar was the highlight! Great atmosphere, perfect views, and the kind of energy that makes you want to stay all night.
The drinks were on point 💯 well made, flavorful, and worth every sip. And the food? SO good. Everything I tried was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both the menu and the mood, but Watershed really delivered.
If you’re looking for a place with great rooftop scenery, delicious drinks, and food you’ll actually remember, Watershed is it. I’ll definitely be back!

The Maine lobster roll was absolutely delicious! The old bay aioli is a great addition to this dish, however the fries were pretty mediocre. Atmosphere was great as well I’d definitely come back
