Insomnia Cookies is a late-night dessert stop offering a variety of delicious cookies and ice cream. Their cookies are wonderfully smelling, sized, and tasting, with vegan options available. Favorites include the vegan fudge chocolate chip, chocolate chunk, and snickerdoodle. While prices can be high, coupons are often available online. Customer service may vary, but the location is not overly busy. Despite some inconsistencies, Insomnia Cookies is a great option for those craving sweet treats at extended hours. Customers praise the cookies as the best, with one reviewer stating that "no one (other than Mrs Fields) can touch them." The small but clean shop also offers convenient pre-ordering for quick pickup.
