Terrible food. Dry and flavorless
Order $27 worth of food at the food truck last night 9/9/25 at amazon 10:30pm. (1) Chicken Quesadilla and (1) Chicken Burrito. Asked the guy at counter if the Quesadilla came with sour cream, he said yes. No sour cream in my bag. You had one job, literally.
Rubens Mexican food was 5 star! He came out and handled an event for me at lighthouse point Marina. Everyone raved about the food. Delicious! I hope you get to try his Mexican food! Quality 5, Service 5, Thank you! I hope to use him again next year.

Ruben's | Federal Hill is a food truck and late night spot in the Fed Hill area, open until 3AM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2AM on Thursdays. The food is flavorful and freshly prepared. The absolute best chorizo breakfast burrito is available, and street tacos are fire. The birria tacos with the consomé always hit, and the house sauce that might be habanero makes them taste better every time. The Founders Burrito is insanely delicious. Tacos are simple but flavorful, and their sauces are delicious. The hot sauce takes the food to a completely different level. Group favorites include the Gas Station burrito, the Founder Burrito, and the Cali Burrito. Staff is always pleasant and the owner is super cool and chill. The only negative is a few times when ordering online, the restaurant was closed. The atmosphere is marked 3 because it is walk up only.
