Sadly, Well Crafted Kitchen is closed but I really enjoyed my pizza from here and still wanted to write a review. A few Yelpers and I came here after a Yelp event nearby. I'll admit I didn't know this pizza place was here, and after having a really good pie I'm disappointed that they plan to close their doors on 11/13/22. If you have the opportunity to head over before the official closing date I'm sure you won't be disappointed.Shout out to the amazing staff that took 4 orders 1 minute before closing from me and my friends leaving an event a few doors down. Stopped in briefly last night after my distillery tour at BSC. Located in Union Collective, well crafted kitchen specializes in wood fire pizza, snacks and shareable foods such as pretzels and popcorn, as well as salads. I specifically wanted some pizza, so I did the lamb and kale( kale and garlic pesto, with lamb sausage and mozzarella). That pizza blew me away, the crust alone was delicious.
