Chilli’s has been spectacular lately. I’ve had 5 meals here in the past month in different locations. All have been amazing. 1 I had poor service. 3 amazing service and servers. The one time I ordered it for my family to be delivered, we didn’t receive my brother’s meal but I bet that was on the driver, not the restaurant.

We had a great time here! Party of 4 for dinner on a Friday. The rack of ribs, surf and turf, and kids pizza and fries were great! The service was awesome as well. Our waiter was Santos and he was fantastic. The manager Kim was also wonderful!
I truly appreciate a positive restaurant experience—something that seems pretty rare these days. But I was so impressed with our local Chili’s in Stephenville that I had to share. This was my second time using the app and I had earned a free item through the rewards program. Although the app wouldn’t allow us to add the item to our order, the Chili’s staff went above and beyond and kindly brought it out to us with a smile.
