“Our oven broke the week before Thanksgiving and we decided to try the Bob Evans Premium Farmhouse Feast since we couldn't cook our own turkey. We had the order delivered through a third party service and when it arrived, we were missing about $50.00 worth of extra side packages. I called Bob Evans at 6:00 pm on the night before Thanksgiving to see what could be done about it. A store associate put the manager, Aaron on the phone. He was so kind, understanding, and professional. He immediately took our address and DROVE OUR MISSING ITEMS TO US himself that night without hesitation. I don't think anyone could ask for better customer service than that. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal and we were all pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. I never would have considered ordering Thanksgiving dinner from a restaurant if we hadn't lost our oven, but everything was so good, and it created so much extra time to enjoy our family instead of cooking all day, we're already planning to order the same from Bob Evans next year. I sincerely hope this review persuades others to patronize this particular Bob Evans. Any manager who still provides that kind of customer service and quality food deserves the business.“

“Our food was excellent and service was outstanding. Dawn was our waitress, It has been a long time since we had a waitress that earned her tip. Dawn took our order, served our order, check on us several times while dining, and finally gave us our check. Most waitress now take your order and give you your check and want a 20% tip.“
