“This was such a fun experience. I tried two different teas and they were both tasty. The tea cozy kept the tea nice and hot. The food was very good especially the scones. Shortbread cookies melted in my mouth. Can't wait till I can come back. If you are interested reserve your day on the first day reservations are available because the tea times fill up very quickly.“
“What a lucky find! We stopped en route to Maryland and they could not have been nicer. The service was fantastic, and they were able to accommodate the disabled members of my family without question or hesitation, even opening a different section of the restaurant for us to all be able to sit at a table together. The food was brought out quickly, our drink refills were ready before we even asked, and I had the best diner burger I've had in years. I highly recommend this place!!“
“Awesome place for breakfast. Very cozy open kitchen style, this ALL-AMERICAN diner is a perfect place for breakfast. Their staff is friendly and attentive. Their food is very tasty, a good variety of breakfast dishes. I had the three-egg omelet which was cooked to perfection.“
“I must say, my son has great taste. Intrigued by the sign saying simply, Restaurant, my son screamed for us to go there for dinner so we took a chance. From the moment you step in, you get a rustic, classic vibe. The booths are roomy and the staff, friendly and caring. The food was amazing. I had their chicken cordon Bleu and I must say, it melted in my mouth. The mushroom sauce was just the right touch. It's a savory, mouth watering, satisfying dish that I can't wait to come back for. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. Did I mention that it's affordable?“
“I've been coming to the Pickle Nickel since 2016 when I started a summer job back in college. The burgers and shakes are amazing! The staff is always friendly and it's such a unique dining experience.Since college I've moved to the area, and I'm so excited to be able to eat here more often! I only wish they were open more during the week, but that's just wishful, hungry thinking!“
“I stopped going to places like dennys, ihop, and other diners like squeaky rail because the service here is amazing. I never feel judged, talked down to or embarrassed. The food here is great. I usually only ever get breakfast at diners but they dropped the lunch menu and I saw some awesome menu items. Chille rellenos and enchiladas. Love Mexican food and they do it right here. ❤️“
“We stopped in for a hot coffee and snack on our way to the Farm Show. Little did we know just how excellent the crepe and coffee would be! Ordered a tomato/caper/brie/egg (#7) crepe, coffee latte and cafe micha. 20/10 would come back, and frequently (if I lived here!)“
“There are over 90+ taps of various craft beers. Plus beers, they brew in house. The staff is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the beers they have on tap. They also have a variety of their beers canned and ready for takeout. The food is delicious.“
“It's a newer restaurant. I haven't eaten here enough to give a fair rating. It's in the Hoss's building in Enola off of Wertzville road. There is very good parking. The restrooms are very good. They were checking on us and making sure we were OK. I had a chicken sandwich that was very good. The chicken was cooked properly too. I also had the Broccoli and cheddar soup, very good too. I've decided to go back and try more of their food. Nice people and very good service. Another good thing is that there is no music playing in the background and no tv's. A pleasurable experience. I recommend trying it out.“
“This restaurant is an absolute gem! The ambiance is cozy, the service is top-notch, and the food is simply delicious.
