We sat in the bar area at tables. Our server was very helpful and accommodating. I wanted a substitute for something on the menu. No problem. They checked on us to be sure we were fine. The food was excellent. No complaints about that. The stool slid a little on the floor when I got down from it but the floor wasn't slippery to walk on
I had the pleasure of being served by Matt, and let me just say—Pappas is lucky to have him! His service was top-notch from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. On top of that, his drinks are absolutely next level—easily some of the best I’ve had. Matt goes above and beyond, and it truly made our dining experience amazing. Highly recommend asking for him when you visit!
Everything was good expect the cream of crab soup that had barely any crab and tasted burnt. Managers response. “Thanks for letting us know”. Like replacing a cup of cream of crab would send them spiraling. Need to work on customer service esp on a $100 order.
