“I went to this place after months of thinking about it. I ordered the detroit style pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. And it was freakin delicious. Stays consistent a day later even after reheating. A little pricey though. If i could get a half of detroit pan pizza i would prefer that. Just in case i dont need to feed a whole family.“

“I ordered for delivery the enormous 28" pizza as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday party yesterday and asked if they could arrange the pepperonis in a 4 and 0 and they went above and beyond, spelling out "Happy 40." It was a huge hit and tasted really good. We also ordered the crab dip which was exceptional. Highly recommend!! We'll be ordering from here in the future for sure! HUGE thanks to the staff!“

“The gentleman Danny inside was so helpful. My Breastfed baby is allergic to Cow Milk Protein and he made sure I received a delicious dairy free pizza. He was such a kind soul. “Have eaten here with family often over past 10 years. Great pizza and subs. The owner is frequently in the kitchen or taking/serving orders. Several of his employees have also been there for as long as we’ve been going. Is probably best to order in-person vice phone as place is often busy….which can result in misunderstandings or incorrect orders.“

“83.00 dollars spent...called next day when told manager Nash would be there...not there D I believe guy said his name was...very hard to understand him was just plain arrogant and really did not care that food was bad and I coukd being it back to niw that a manager was actually there....burnt meat that was greasy ...grease and Mayo saturated rolls...cold cut tasted rancid....soggy bad onion rings....ask for refund...said give you 40 ...Said his brother Nash would not give me anything and would not bother to call back.....waited in place 10 minutes past what they said would be ready...no phones ringing...2 people picked up Pizzas and one delivery put on shelf to get cold...so not busy....looking to speak to actual owners....this was absolutely disgusting...pizza steak was soaked with grease and pizza sauce...I even told them I would bring the uneaten food back....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE FOOD...can't get a refund if no manager there D...just a bunch of kids running the place...sad excuse“

“This location is often understaffed and you can tell the employees have been through it, but you come to them with a smile and they always are down to earth and helpful beyond expectation. I've had more than my fair share of odd requests met.

Of all the Lil Caesars I've had in the county, this one has the best tasting and best quality pizza. It's worth the long wait which tends to happen, but again they get swamped often with few there at a time. Any mess ups have been fixed with speed.“

“I’m a pizza snob 100% and I’d have to give this place 5 stars!!! I work for Harford county parks and Rec and we used this place for a work party. When I heard the prices I was expecting not so good pizza and I was completely mistaken. The pizza toppings were huge and NOT greasy at all. We got several different kinds of pizzas and they were all great. I was told the staff was very friendly and that’s hard to find anymore. Updated: 11-25, same good quality. Had a minor misunderstanding with the order, however the kind lady employee was very helpful in making the issue and mishap right and refund was issued. Mistakes happen but the helpful service from the employee and correcting the issue is what's most important. That was all done professionally and well. Would still spend my money here at this location.“

“I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 5 years. I should have done this review many times before this. I would like to spread some holiday cheer to the workers at this location. I feel that sometimes we can take advantage of workers and get upset when things aren’t “quick”, On a busy Friday night they are backed up, tension are running high with customers waiting for their orders and the staff who are under the microscope. Today we had to wait almost an hour for our pizza, but normally it’s only 10 to 15 minutes from the time I order to the time I can pick up my food. “we recently discovered this restaurant and everything we have ordered has been amazing! I got the shrimp scampi tonight and omg it was amazing and I still have enough for another 1-2 meals! I can't wait to let the employees at boxhill know I found a good scampi that doesn't use Italian dressing as sauce as we discussed earlier where to get some delicious scampi near by from. My husband loved the bacon chicken ranch pizza and my kids love their pizza in general. I'm pretty picky about my fries and theirs are pretty darn good too! The service is great, wait time is pretty quick! they have the cutest most tasty little loads of bread that went along with the scampi too. give them a try, you won't regret it!“
