Train their people to process orders correctly, make sure customer gets everything they order. Make sure they train thier people to be courteous and respectable towards the customer. Make sure that they don't be rude and ignorant when they are wrong. Never hang up on a customer when you know they are about to complain to your boss about your ignorance and arrogance towards a customer. Honor your mistakes so you can improve and prevent further ones in the future.
Just had the best carry out meal from there tonight. Everything was fresh and cooked just right and hot upon delivery!
Better deliver service. One and a half hours for deliver is not acceptable. Especially when your food was out for delivery for 45 minutes. Luke warm crabcakes and soggy fries. Very disappointed. Most likely will not repeat.
