I had to change my original review due to a horrible customer service experience. Long story short cashier couldn't resolve an issue with my purchase and she said I can't help you with it. She tried to ask for help from a coworker but looks like no one here could or she just gave up. Im here ever work day. Now im never coming back. All over a bag of chips reward I was entitled to.
I keep coming back to this Chipotle because the location is convenient, and because we like the food. Unfortunately, though, this particular location has been a consistent source of disappointment.

Was not open on time waited an extra 20 mins and still wasnt why even put a time online if you cant open didnt even get my food was going to be late for work so all that and probably 0 compansation
