“Rita's is excellent. They have many flavor options daily that include several sugar-free ice flavors. The unfortunate thing is that it usually melts before you can finish it. When I spoke with the person serving us, she offered a second larger cup to help with the mess and serve as some extra insulation. This was very helpful for my kids and my sanity. Because of this, I left a tip, which brings me to my final thoughts. A place like this should not be asking for tips. The employees should be paid at least minimum wage. Tipped employees make less than minimum wage, which is why you tip at full service restaurants.“

“The young lady working today (6/4/2020) around 4 PM was a rock star!! She was the only person working and the line was out to Bel Air Rd (in part due to social distancing). However, she remained calm and did not rush us when it was our time to order. She kept a very positive attitude and deserves a kudos!! Yes, I put money in the tip can, but she needs to hear how well she did!!“
