I've been to a lot of Rita's stores. I like the product. But I've never, ever been at one with decent customer service. Someone needs to light a fire under their butts. Yeesh
Great service and product like always. Almost no line and decent selection of flavors available. Friendly staff who made the trip as quick and smooth as possible. Decent parking and good line control.

Their Gelati’s are good they have a amazing soft serve and average Italian ice however what makes me give Rita’s 3 stars is their prices 6+ dollars for a Gelati it might be good but it is not that good. So because of this I would much rather stop at a typical family owned snowball shop.
