After breaking down on a trip from New York back home to Virginia, we had been sitting there for 4 hrs with 42 teenagers who had not eaten since breakfast. We met our favorite server around then and are so grateful to get to continue going back and getting amazing quality service. Heather is an amazing asset to Pats. No matter day or night when she’s on the floor running the dinning room, our dinning experience is A+. Sad to see she’s no longer on tables on Wednesday’s we were so surprised. But that didn’t stop us, we just come on the weekends. We visit on her shifts only so we know we are guaranteed top notch service. She knows the menu front to back, always has any answers to our questions we need and always serves us with a smile and awesome attitude. Of all the Lil Caesars I've had in the county, this one has the best tasting and best quality pizza. It's worth the long wait which tends to happen, but again they get swamped often with few there at a time. Any mess ups have been fixed with speed.“

Mistakes happen but the helpful service from the employee and correcting the issue is what's most important. That was all done professionally and well.
