My life is now complete since attending Pizza University. This is a wonderful cooking school that has Italian baking classes. It is a family run business that also makes pizza ovens. They are pricey but the rotating ones can make 250 pizzas an hour. We took the Italian bread baking course. It featured pizza, calzones, Stromboli, focaccia & bread.
