Panera is busy in the mornings and they really do rush..or take their sweet time…but today the food and drinks seemed super rushed! My green smoothies were quite low; and I brought it up to the barista- her name is SOY. What a sweet girl. She didn’t catch an attitude or give me excuses, she smiled genuinely, was helpful, and fixed it right away!! What a gem. Thank you for your excellent customer service and positive attitude. You have no idea how you can make someone’s day better with just a genuine reaction and solving the problem. THANK YOU SOY!!! You’re the best :)

The person who took my order was rude. Did not put my name on the order and I had to wait over 15 minutes for my to go order while everyone else that ordered after me got their food. Disappointed in the service and this is not the first time. My sandwich was soggy and soup cold by the time I ate. Horrible experience, the service has definitely gone down!

The bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta is my personal favorite. Nice staff too. I rated the atmosphere a 3 because it’s Panera, not a French bistro.Parking: The parking lot is very small and I often have to park in the grocery store lot nearby.
