Terrible cake!
I ordered a Tiramisu with writing on it. When I arrived for pick up writing was not done. They did it in spot. The cake was completely frozen that we were not able to eat it.

The truth is that I am too little to comment on any place where I shop but in this bakery they have the habit of charging for what you carry. Ask for three dollars of bread and it is 9 loaves and they were giving me 8. I had sweet breads and for them I They were charging four dollars too much, it's not the first time they've talked to the manager and she acted crazy. A lawsuit should also be filed for thieves.

Please view your cake prior to leaving the place with your purchase. Paid $25.00+ for a Tres Leches cake for birthday that tasted extremely dry. The font written on the cake was horrible. “Happy Birthday” was also written as “HBD”. I was extremely disappointed with the cake that was purchased. I would not recommend this place.

If you're looking for donuts, cinnamon rolls, fritters, this ain't that kinda spot.

DRY CAKES. The service was friendly and fast. However the cakes were dry! Lacked flavor. Paid 40 dollars for cakes that no on one liked.

They need to pay attention to their orders, twice I have bought breakfast from this place and both times they've gotten my order wrong. The food is good but their service needs to improve! Beware...check your food before leaving and make sure it is correct. Please pay attention to the orders, they have made my order incorrectly twice! Buy our food from us, they don't give it to us for free so we hope they place the correct order for us. Good customer service is necessary.

This was our first time at La Familia Bakery and it was unacceptably disappointing. We ordered a cheese danish, a piece of sweet bread, two small cheesecakes and a small carrot cake. Both the cheese danish and the sweet bread were dry. More importantly, after trying one bite of the small cheesecakes and a small carrot cake, I refused to eat any because of the dry taste. My partner decided to eat the rest of the small Oreo cheesecake, which was really just one small slice. Later that night, she vomited all of it up along with a visible carrot from the carrot cake. We will not ever be returning and we bid you to stay away, especially from the perishable things (like everything in their cake case).
