We had a fantastic time on the tour and tastings at Shmidt Spirits. The vibe is fun, relaxed, and welcoming, and the owners, Arthur and Brian, are truly wonderful — great conversation, great energy, and so much passion for what they do. The custom cocktails were a blast to make, and we loved being able to get creative with the flavors.

They even surprised us with drinking glasses for my birthday, which made the visit extra special.

We were invited to do a tour and tasting at Shmidt Spirits, and we are so glad that we did. The owners are awesome, we had a blast talking to both, learning a ton during the tour, and enjoy drinking of course. Would absolutely come back to grab one of the limited cuts and have a cocktail.

My favorite spot to go to every weekend to relax Unwind! Best Whiskey in Maryland! Great atmosphere Brian and Arthur are Awesome and real down to earth! I highly recommend this distillery, small Gem in beltsville! You guys will not regret it!
