Visited the drive through on Monday 11/25/2024 at 9:30pm rude girl on the headset was rushing my order the entire time. As soon as I said hello on the speaker she had an attitude and said “are you gonna be ordering a combo today?” I said no and proceeded to tell her that I was having a taco salad. Before I could even finish my sentence she said “will that be all?!” I said yes (for the salad). She proceeds to tell me my total and I let her know that I wasn’t done ordering. To my surprise she had the audacity to say “I just AXED U If u waz done with your order why r u tryna add more things?!” Then a second person on the headset took over and silenced her. Thanks to the second person for having common sense (tall lady) reason why I’m giving one star. As someone in the customer service industry her behavior was absolutely disgusting and shows she has no patience with people. Will never go to this location again.

Order the new saucy nuggets and it wasn't a good choice. I had to pull-up and wait for my food; feeling good vibes for some hot nuggets, well not the case. I saw that I was given the combo which I didn't ask for, I only asked for nuggets and a large drink. I let the staffer know that my order was wrong and I didn't asked for fries. He looked confused as if he didn't feel like correcting his mistake, proceeded to tell me he gave me a lot of fries and I told him I didn't want or asked for any fries. I'm frustrated at this point because the large fries and lemon pepper nuggets were cold "unbelievable". I didn't feel like going back to have them do this entire order over. The visit was unpleasant, which normally are very great at Beltsville. I'm hoping my next visit will not be a repeat episode.

I placed an order through and app but when we got to the window, they were out of frostys and all the sodas we ordered. We ordered two different sodas but asked to refund the third and the frostys. When we got home, the two sodas we ended up with were flat! I’ve yet to receive the refund

I placed an online order on the Wendy’s app. I went to the Beltsville location. I said my name in the drive thru and they told me to pull around to the window. My order was processed and paid for when I said my name and the person inside clicked ‘here’. I got to the window and was told that they were out of Frostys. I said, okay, I’d like to just cancel my order and get my money back. They said I have to do it through the app and call Wendy’s. Okay, no problem. It’s been 2 fricking weeks and I’ve called Wendy’s 7 times. I’ve been assured that the franchisee of this location would contact me by today and issue me my refund. I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED!!!

4/6/2024I really appreciated the drive thru worker this Saturday morning around 8am. I love people who above and beyond thier job!!I don't have the name but a beautiful smile and braids!! I went to 3 different restaurants in the area with a certain amount and couldn't afford a simple breakfast until I pulled up to Wendys and she made sure I could get the 2 for 3 meal " perfect" and the food was cooked fresh!! Thank you so much ? my day got better after having a decent breakfast!!

Si me and my girl decided bike to Wendy’s cause it’s down the street , as we walk try to enter the building both of the doors were locked. So went enter through the other side I’m just curious why the dine in was close at 8:00 pm when your time on the door dine in close at what like 10 or 11 . So we proceed to get our order through the drive tru. Which we never done on a bike but mind you we were refuse at the counter because the lobby is “closed” . As we make our way to the window , the manage proceeds to say that we can make our order with our bicycle, after we paid and everything . Not only was our service denied inside while it was still early , our fries were cold, gave me the wrong drink . And honestly dissatisfied with the meal.
