The food gets better every time i go. Lots of fries and the burgers are huge. Bring your appetite

Personally, I do not recommend this place. There are two women who speak Spanish and make fun of the Latino people who do not speak English. I saw this case with my own eyes when they were making fun of some boys because they did not speak English. The two Hispanic girls who work there are disgusting, among Hispanics.

The food was just plain. The price was completely over priced and was not worth the value. The food quality was low. The soda machine was broken at this location so they were hustling soda cans for extra money. The restaurant was dirty. The staff members were present and would answer questions, so they did their job. In my experience I determined that McDonald’s gives a better overall experience. I would not waste my money here it just doesn’t make sense.

Very good experience with Tate and the other guy who fulfilled my special request as being vegetarian. They obviously did a great job preparing food and amazing customer service as well. Employees like this needs to be praised and given raise.

Tried to charge me $1 extra for a service and packing fee haha! Manager took a call while I was trying to pay and ignored me for 3 min very rude and bad service

Great burger. Very similar to 5 guys. Huge portions of fries and onion rings. Food was ready quickly. Will definitely eat again.

This location does not meet the quality of any of the other Z Burgers we have visited. This is the 3rd and final visit here. Each time, including today, the toppings on our burgers were wrong on at least one burger. One time they didn't have onion rings, one time no shakes. Tonight, we specifically asked for the fries to be well- done/crispy. We live 1.5 miles from the restaurant, and we ate immediately from coming home from pick up. The fries were cold, soggy and old. The onion rings left a pool of grease in the paper tray, and were also cold. For $46 for burgers, 1/2 & 1/2, and 2 bottled drinks, we expect requested toppings, and fresh fries & rings. Like the service we've gotten at other locations.
