Talk about terrible birthday dinner experience ! My mom expressed to the server twice her allergies no sesame seeds no nuts we then got a new server she expressed it to him too then the Chef and he read it back to her only to still add sesame to her food. We then had to ask a manager to clear our table as our server when we asked on 3 occasions to remove some of the dishes from the table didn't return we also asked the ajoined tables server and she said wait on our server the experience wasn't pleasant and I didn't enjoy my birthday . My mother sat there and didn't eat because by the time my server came back for the chef to request they make her food in the back the whole table had eaten. Our server was so focused on interacting with a celebrity at the other table he didn't throughly do a good service job. This wasn't how I expected to spend my birthday at Benihana we are very disappointed and won't return

Took my kids and grandkids to celebrate the 4 year old's birthday. It's her favorite restaurant. The service and food were impeccable. The chef as always so entertaining. It was a special birthday treat for my granddaughter.

I was charged for items I did not receive (ice cream nor the steamed rice for the kids meals which was included per the menu. I also ordered and paid $7 for fried rice) My meal was rushed. They were bringing boxes while were still eating. To give context my reservation was at 12:30P my checked was printed and brought to my table at 1:49P and we were a party of 6. The server was nice initially however, our cups weren't refilled in a timely manner yet the refills were complimentary. She never came over to check on us throughout our meal nor did we receive a visit from a manager. The happy birthday “celebration” from the the restaurant was absolutely pitiful and my daughter received vanilla milk instead vanilla ice cream because when it brought to the table it was completely melted. After $228.64 spent I decided I'll never return to this restaurant again. Of all places this is where my child wanted to celebrate her birthday and that's how we were treated. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Very busy on a Saturday so to be a little slow was to be expected. But the waitress assigned to my table was not attentive.

The restaurant was w/o heat. The temperature outdoors was 30. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience!

They have a serious shortage of chefs, which implies that even if you have a reservation, you can wait 90 minutes or more before you start eating. Kudos to the chefs, but management is truly horrible

The waiting time was longer however the food was the best. We will definitely go again and again.

Very loud place. The chef rushed thru the presentation. Over crowded. They served the table next to us before us although we were seated before them. The quality of the food was mediocre.

Vilma was excellent! Our first time here my twin sis and I were celebrating our birthday with family and friends. We had a great time! Only suggestion the Chef for our table was a little hard to hear, if he could speak a little louder. Other than that he was great!

We had a reservation, but we were not seated until 45 minutes after our reservation time. This restaurant is really all about the entertainment. The food is not great, it is too noisy to hold a conversation, it was very expensive and the service was slow.

We've been to this particular location many times. However, we have never been here on Veteran's Day. The place was completely full. This was due to the special offer for veterans. Luckily, I did make a reservation over a week ago. I come here every year to celebrate my birthday. This time, there was a line just to check in at the front! There was a bit of wait to be seated. Once we were seated, it took our server a very long time to come get our drink orders. She took even more time to bring the drinks and get our entree orders. It's excruciating when you're famished and have to watch the table across from you get their meal served! Once our server took our entree orders, we were afraid she would never come back. We finally got out soup and salad. Our chef was fantastic. He even gave me extra yum yum sauce! Our server again was absent. I ran out of water and needed a refill. I never got it. All of us at the table had to flag her down when we wanted to pay our check. She also didn't allow us to order dessert. I had to ask twice whether I could get the ice cream that came with our meals. We were there from 6:30 to 9:00 pm! Service was extremely slow. We normally have a nice time at Benihana. This time we were seated with a woman carrying a mini dog (yorkie possibly) in a sling and slapped on the bag was a tag that said it was a service animal. I will buy you dinner if that was actually a service dog based on the statutory definition. On the other end of the table was a woman having Facetime with someone which was very disruptive for the other diners at the table. But, of course, no one was going to say anything to her. It was also very cold in the dining room that night. Almost everyone at our table had to keep our coats on. I will not come back on a holiday.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff all the way around, starting with the host/hostess, server, and cook. The food was fantastically delicious! Took advantage of the Veterans day promotion. Thank you, Benihana for remembering and honoring Veterans!
