Great food, really enjoy the chilaquiles and tacos. Beware the space inside is small with limited seating outside. Also, while their published hours on the storefront door are M-F 8a to 4pm and Sa 8a to 1pm, they will not officially open the restaurant doors until 8:30am on Saturday and stop service around 12:30 based on my experience with them.

Oliva’s is such an amazing hidden gem of the DMV! My friends and I went this afternoon, we ordered a Cubano sandwich, two taco carne platters, and an asado platter. Everything was so fresh, the meats were incredibly tender, and the sides and sauces were full of flavor. The Cubano has always been my favorite sandwich and I have no problem driving from Virginia to Bethesda now just for Oliva’s.
