I am very disappointed with the service at CAVA in Bethesda location. As a regular customer, I have noticed that the service has become very poor recently. My friends are also experiencing the same. The employees are very rude and not helpful at all. Instead of treating customers with respect, they act as if we are not welcome. This behavior is very upsetting. Additionally, the portion sizes are inconsistent. Sometimes my bowl is only half full, depending on who is serving. When I ask for a bit more to make up for it, I am often told I need to pay extra. This inconsistency and unwillingness to help customers is unacceptable. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and to get what they pay for. I will never ever go there again!

Went in to pickup dinner on the fly tonight. This location is super clean, and everything was cooked perfectly. I was immediately helped by Noelia who is the sweetest most polite person ever, even when i was confused about my own order she understood what I was saying. Absolutely recommend.
