Tried CAVA for the first time today and honestly, I get the hype now. I walked in with zero idea what I was doing. I even asked if I was supposed to pretend I was at Chipotle and build my bowl like that. The staff laughed with me, not at me, and really guided us through everything. They let us taste different meats, explained all the options, and the portions were very generous. They kept up with my humor the whole time and were super respectful, which I really appreciated.

Super friendly and efficient team in the Bethesda Cava. The restaurant was clean and they were also cleaning up the food area which was nice to see while getting my bowl made. Food was great and had no issues, consistently a quick and reliable dinner option for me.

Always a great experience at this CAVA! The food is amazing as always, but Chris, the manager, truly makes this location shine. He’s attentive, kind, and ensures every guest feels welcome. Excellent service and great energy every time!
