I had my birthday dinner at Corella. Despite the fact that it was in the midst of the busy Christmas season, the staff took excellent care of my guests and me. The food was delicious, well-seasoned, served hot and quickly. I never knew quinoa could be so yummy. The drinks were top-shelf! We had several appetizers and entrees and everyone was satisfied.
