If you are looking for ramen in the DMV. This is the place to go. I’ve been going here for some years now and it’s far from me but worth the drive and closer than flying to Japan when I want some ramen. The staff you can tell eat, sleep and dream about their craft which you can taste in every bowl they make. Really nice homy spot for ramen. Used to be a go to but something changed when they rebranded to their current name. The broth and other food hasn’t been quite as good as it used to be and the menu options have changed slightly. I hope they regain their footing so it becomes as good as it was when it was Zao Stamina.
So good! Service is extremely friendly. Easy to just walk in and order with the kiosk.
