Would have gave it 5 stars because the meal was good and the ambience very nice, however upon leaving my evening was ruined. Very rude front desk staffer named “Glory” who looked dirty, homeless and disheveled, told me I was loitering and asked me to leave after I was quietly sitting adjacent to the hotel lobby, after having dinner at Corella Cafe, waiting for my car after using the restroom. Won’t be returning.
Bianca is one of the best servers I have had anywhere. With my family, I went to Corella Cafe and Lounge last evening one and one half weeks after a full knee replacement. It was my first outing. Bianca was extremely helpful and kind which was most appreciated in the circumstances. She served us beautifully allowing us to take ample time to make our decisions and relax for a couple of hours. I have never written a review for Corella but I can’t hold back any longer. I have never had good service here. I stay at the hotel often, sometimes 3 nights a week. After work, eating at the restaurant is just convenient. I’m always so patient but i am ignored every single time I go. I have complained. I have been given excuses. The lil manager just shrugs me off. Repeat.
