Clearly the best ice cream in downtown Bethesda. Family-run, Argentinian, they have a deep sense of generosity and local love. There is a lot of work and research behind the scene. Most of their ingredients are sourced in a 100-mile radius. Pistachio flavour is to die for, same for mango. Menu is in constant evolution. Push the door. I dare you not to go back!

Great spot for gelato. Julia, Sophia, and Jill recommended Hazel crackle. It was really good. Highly recommend and great customer service.

Friendly staff and fantastic gelato. We’ve been coming here forever and my 8yo calls it “the five star ice cream place”

I visited this location late at night, hoping for a coffee, but was disappointed by the service. When I arrived at 9:25, the cashier informed me that the coffee bar closed at 9:30. I pointed out that there were still a few minutes left, but she seemed unwilling to accommodate my request initially. Ultimately, she made my drink, but the experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. For nearly nine dollars, I expected better service and a more positive attitude. Overall, this visit was a letdown in terms of customer service. Plus I requested no foam. my entire drink was filled with the foam, and she stated to me there was no way around it very unpleasant the nastiest drink I had.

The flavours are limited (if you compare with other places), but it's absolutely compensated by the quality of the ice cream. Big portions (even for the small cone).
I absolutely recommend it. Unfortunately, there wasn't any dulce de leche when we went (an alternative cookie and dulce de leche option, at least).

Vegetarian options: If you are an ovolacteo vegetarian then it's a place to go. If not I haven't checked if they have vegan options to be honest.

Dietary restrictions: I haven't checked.

Parking: You have paid parking nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is accessible for people with mobility problems.

It was the best pistachio gelato I had in town. Dark chocolate gelato was as good as it should be. They have a great customer service and location. I wish their store is little bit bigger for customers to hangout. I will come back to try other flavors.

If you haven’t tried dolcezza you are really missing out. They have incredible flavor including some adventurous ones that switch up every now and then. Definitely the best gelato place in the area, is it the only one in the area that’s good? ? they also have ridiculously good coffee! I always take a bag home with me to brew. They don’t have a lot of seats inside the store but there is more seats outside if the day is nice.
