Very disappointed… we are from out of town. We were looking for a great cup of coffee and locally owned. I sadly never got to try . I stood waiting to order for 5-10 minutes. Finally it was our turn. Another family walked in as it was my turn to order. The person behind the counter walked over to them, ignored me while I was obviously standing there, and immediately went to tend to them. I was completely ignored after waiting for nearly 10 minutes. I walked out. I’m sure the coffee is great, but very disappointed in the service.

Definitely try the Hazelnut Crackle ice cream – it's a winner. The folks working there are pretty friendly. Heads up though, even though pour over coffee is listed on the menu, they said they don't actually serve it. Ended up with a Decaf Americano instead, and honestly, it was pretty terrible.

All the flavors were amazing and what was even more amazing was the service. Joy was patient with me and very attentive in helping me pick a flavor. As a very indecisive person, she carefully walked me through all of the flavor selections with tangible descriptions and vivid imagery allowing me to paint a picture of the flavor notes in my head. She also kept my allergies in mind- I'm allergic to shellfish, cats, grass, pollen, and tree nuts. And I'm also gluten free and halal. Joy deserves a raise and made my taste and experience scrumptious.

King Leo Peppermint Mocha The espresso was smooth, the milk was frothed perfectly, just the right amount of peppermint on top. Delicious and a work of art! Ana out did herself, even with the espresso machine acting up. Make sure you get Ana to make you your lattes, fantastic barista! Highly recommend. #ThisFeedsMySoul

The best gelato in the area. This is our go to dessert spot. Way better than Pitango. They give good servings.

Good gelato. Surprised they had ube flavored gelato. I've been on a vanilla and ube kick lately, so those were the flavors I ordered. The service was good and the server allowed us to sample many flavors. There were chewy bits inside the vanilla that I could not make out. Portions are big. We got two large since the large is only $1 more than the regular/small. My fiancée enjoyed the chocolate hazelnut the most. I couldn't finish mine. I think I got sick of the ube flavored gelato. The space is long but not very wide, so it felt extremely cramped when more customers came in. The tables and bar stools were clean. The bathroom was decently clean and they offer paper towels, which is a plus. It was a convenient dessert place since it was right across from Hawkers (where we went for dinner).

The hazelnut and blackberry flavor went together so well, I was so happy eating this!

Ice cream and services are good (would be “ok” in Europe), but sooo expensive. Definitely not with the cost imho

My favorite gelato in MD and tied for first of all the gelatos I’ve had in America.

Like a small company gone bigger the portions got smaller. They give you so little for a small which is $7.10. Pitango much better gelato and better pricing with real fresh ingredients. Better choice for Bethesda.

rotating flavors don’t always include popular favorites (did not have pistachio or milk chocolate when i went)

Warm greeting as soon as we entered. Gladly gave us samples. I loved the combination of Coffee & Cookies with the Dark Chocolate gelato! Sweet and bitter with a crunch.
