Domino's Pizza in Bethesda

“Today on Halloween night I ordered pizza for delivery and I waited for over an hour and a half for it. I checked the dominos tracker and it was not updating at all. I called but there was no answer so I made my way over to the store. I know the start of this sounds negative but I want to say that this is not a negative review but more of an observation. When I went in every person was busting their ass off to get pizzas prepped, in the oven, and boxed in record time.
The line to this location was out the door and the phones were ringing off the hook but the employees were calm and handling everything like a pro. The cashier was calm for each customer even though I saw the customers were getting frustrated with him. I know it is not easy working on Halloween night when there are a million and one Halloween parties that most likely called to place order for 50+ people.
I wanted to say that even though I was annoyed at first you don't know what really is happening until you see it. I take my hat off to all those who were working tonight.“

“HITS THE SPOT! Great location. I was reading some of the negative reviews and I didn’t see much about the taste of the food, so I wanted to see for myself. I walked in and it was really nice! It looked brand new inside. I had called and it was so easy. I got a classic cheese pizza. The customer service was great. I picked it up and it was ready and HOT. I finished it by the time I got to my house which was 5 mins away. I could see the details of the pizza, the seasoning was beyond perfection. I LOVED IT! Also it was $12 for a medium pizza. Who can beat that in Bethesda? PLEASE SUPPORT THEM! I’ll be back. Thank you to the team for being amazing despite the picky reviews that honestly were nasty customers and not the food nor customer service. This place is spectacular.“
