“This is my local go-to Domino's and up until my most recent order, everything was great. I've had ok pickup experiences, great delivery experiences and they always remember to include all of my order, even the dipping sauces other locations always forgot in the past. The other day I ordered my usual, the mix and match deal for $6.99 for each item and got a medium, thin crust pizza with pineapple, jalapeños and bacon and I tried the cinnamon bread twists for the first time. I did not enjoy the bread twists and will not be ordering again. I was expecting something buttery and covered in cinnamon but those things were dry as hell and a cup of icing was not enough to save them. Lesson learned. The delivery was a little slow because the driver couldn't find parking but that's not a big deal. What was a big deal was the burnt pizza they gave me! My pizza was obviously burnt and so much so that it may have gotten stuck to the pan because a chunk was actually missing. Things like this always bother me because somebody looked at this mess and thought it was a good idea to send out instead of just preparing another one. This was not a busy weekend evening either. When I called the store to speak with a manager, the conversation started a little rocky with his telling me that I used a coupon. I almost thought he was going to tell me something like because I used a coupon, he wasn't going to be able to issue a refund. He ended up refunding the entire order and thankfully there wasn't a back and forth exchange so I'm grateful for that. All in all, this location has been good to me most of the time, but there can be some quality issues with the pizzas. Thankfully the manager was able to take care of it.“
