Great service and solid sushi.

I ordered over $70 of food via Uber eats, including paying extra for spicy paste and extra bean sprouts in my Tonkotsu bowl and I did not get it. Really bummed because I only like spicy ramen. I was looking forward to this meal and I am disappointed.

one of the saddest bowls of ramen I've ever tasted. it's actually impressive how flavorless the shoyu broth is. noodles overcooked. Chashu is tough and dry.

This is the online brand of Kusshi Bethesda and they are beyond hopeless. The food quality has plummeted and they are always behind schedule, if they even get your order to you at any point. The orders are frequently messed up and the whole kitchen is just chaos

Sat at the bar. Service was a little lax, and staff seemed bored and unattentive. Sushi and sashimi dishes were very tasty. Sake recommended by bartender was fair.

I will admit I was venturing out, but I expected it to still be good. Although I have had Japanese food before, I usually order sushi, saki, miso soup, and mochi. Since I can’t have sushi at the moment, based on others’ reviews I decided on oyako don and tako yaki. Food was not very good. An expensive lesson. The miso soup was, well, miso soup. Asked for utensils, napkins and for extra spicy and more hot sauce on the side, but received non of those things.

Service was terrible, waitress barely spoke. Only 2 people in the restaurant. My chicken was overcooked. They took forever to cook it again and then it was burned. The dressing on the salad was not good. All it was was thick dressing on salad leaves. Rice was good. Left 80% of my meal.

at one time the food was a little better than OK.... Waaaaaaaayyyyyy better sushi in Bethesda. Owner is insufferable....I won't spend money for mediocre food, at a business owned by a j******** But hey....you might be different......

Ordered hamachi kama and chicken teriyaki at the front desk. Promised ready to go in about 25 minutes. However, after checking three times, two boxes were not ready for us to go until 40 minutes… At home, two items were tasted average. The hamachi kama (priced $25) was expected to come with more vegetables.

This was the first and last time I will come here. Horrible take out service and the staff does not know the food. I called and ordered food amd asked what came in it to make sure it was what I wanted. Then I was told to wait 45 minutes and go to get my food akd there was a line of people all complaining about they were waiting over and hour for the food. My food was not ready and I had to wait 10 more minutes, FYI it is NYE. Then my food comes out and it is wrong and the girl says out I thought it had the stuff you asked about in it. Let me add they say we will rush to fix it and another 16 minutes. The girls were young and so rude to all the DoorDash and GrubHub drivers waiting. Can I say it was that they were black and she was nasty to them and not rude or nasty yelling at the white Doordarshan amd Grubb drivers. I am black and I felt like this was two Karen's acting out yelling at them and not being the person they should be as customer service and yelling how stressful the situation was for them. They did not even say they were sorry my order was wrong or offer anything for me having a wrong order and having to wait more, not even a soda. My soup is ice cold. Now I open my food to see that the special rolls i ordered and paid $10 and more for are only a sloppy 5 piece roll. Anyone who eats sushi knows that a special roll is usually 8 pieces and full of the sushi items described in the description This place is taking your money, giving out bad service and poor quality food. Since it is take out or delivered your won't know what you are getting till it gets to your doors amd what a rip off. #donteathere
