Came this morning and waited until 11am, which the doors should be opening. Prior, am lady came outside and questioned why I was there. I'm like I'm trying to order and she just closed and locked the door, looking at me like I'm an robber. I then waited until 1104am in which they still did not open and just watched then talking and looking at me and the other 3 people awaiting. We all just walked away. Very unprofessional

This five guys location is awesome. The fries and the burgers taste so great, that this feels like fast food heaven. Unfortunately, one weird thing about this is that they don’t have a ketchup dispenser here, while many others have one. This location is near my high school and I go there every Monday and Thursday. One of the managers that work here was very respectful. One time we went there, it was our first day of school and my brother came to eat here with me. When that manager took our order, we told her that it was our first day of school and this was one way we finished the first day strong.

Although I fairly like their food, it is way over priced and today was another experience. I was waiting for my burger at the end of the counter. Another gentlemen was waiting for his order and part of it was missing. He handed his phone to the lady putting the burgers together. She grabbed it with both hands and zoomed in on the order, touching the screen. She then goes back to touching the next burgers. I politely leaned in and said "Can you change your gloves please? You just touched that gentlemen's phone." She thankfully changed her gloves, but that should not have had to be asked of her. This is how germs get spread! Sorry for those who got burgers with the gloves that touched the man's phone!

Quite good burgers, prompt service, due to a family member with a peanut allergy, couldn't get the fries. The dining area is generic and not particularly clean. Take your order to go.

By grading as a fast food chain I can honestly say burgers and concept are great for their counterparts such as bk or mcdonalds, fries were phenomenal as well.

I do not understand how is that every single time the Hispanic manager is on duty my fries are never ready even after me calling and asking them if they can start making my fries. If the pickup time for my food is for a certain time, I should not be waiting longer than that. What is the point in having order pickup if my food is never ready and I have to wait additional minutes? It defeats the whole purpose of having it and should be taken away.

visit the facilities of Five guys 4829 Bethesda Ave approximately the time was at 6 and they gave me a specific lousy service the person is called Pamela she has to work on her customer service and stop seeing people badly and I think her behavior is with we Hispanics and I don't understand why if we are all the same I hate that I don't understand how you can be in charge of a shift with that behavior you have have a good night thank you?????
