We had a great time and the attentive staff accommodated our growing party (10+) on a busy Friday night. Belski was our wonderful server; she didn't skip a beat taking care of us and kept our orders organized to accommodate separate checks. Drinks and food were delicious, only downside for us was the music was very loud so hard to hear conversations.
Much too loud. Noise from diners overlaid by loud music. We could not even carry on a conversation. We have been to the Shirlington Guapo's dozens of times, but never again to the Bethesda version.
Fantastic neighborhood feel, attentive staff and excellent food! We will be returning on our next trip!
The food and the atmosphere is amazing here!
Our family members love this place.
Great food, actively kind staff.
You know it's very, very noisy, especially when they celebrate birthdays 🎂 🥳
I ordered carry out as we were staying at the Bethesdan Hotel and this was right next door. It was a late dinner as we just got back from sightseeing. I ordered my daughter a beef taco dinner and I ordered a la carte taco - al pastor and carne asada. Everything was delicious and flavorful. They even included chips and salsa. All the taco meats and toppings came packaged separately, so did the salsa. We basically had a taco bar in the hotel room. Would definitely go back.
I order it a burrito and it wasn't good, the rice was overcooked and overall doesn't taste good, this is 3 time a visit the restaurant and the food was no good.
Aggressively okay, below average food. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were $26. Definitely not worth it. The amount of chicken I got was laughable for the price. Worst of all, the flavor was okay at best. It wasn't awful (one star worthy) though.
My favorite place to eat :)
Disappointeing. We made a reservation, arrived timely, were seated, but then waited for 20+ minutes ignored as they served people who came in after us. The manager was apologetic and service got a bit better afterwards. The food was good, prices were OK, location is good. Not bad, but a bit disappointing.

Reliably consistent, delicious Tex-Mex food and beverages. Full menu with many options. Always fast and friendly service. Only negative could be the noise level- it is a bustling, energetic vibe; suspect it can be difficult for folks with hearing issues.
Good food , good atmosphere (ate outside). Waiter could've been better(language issues BUT he really tried...maybe new.
The food was great, but the service was so rushed. While we were eating, they came three times and asked to take out our plates!!! Let us eat. What is this rush? Did you guys run out of plates or something??
We're visiting DC for Spring Break and couldn't have been more pleased with our meal. The streak fajitas where fire, fresh and delicious margs, quac, the list goes one. Excellent food, outstanding and fast service. It's a must.
One of our favorites! Love the food, the service and all the hosts/hostesses! Great upbeat place for all people!
