I would consider myself a connoisseur of all Asian foods from Chinese to Japanese, Korean ,Vietnamese, Thai and everything in between. House of Foo Ling is definitely a favorite . The owner is so personable and always remembers that I like her soft shell crab dish which is cooked to order and always outstanding. I also enjoy The Egg Foo Yung , Thai Basil Shrimp, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, as well as the Orange chicken or Orange shrimp. I can’t wait to take my family as I know...
I have been taking my family and friends to House of Foong Lin for over 30 years. Warm, friendly service and great food is their hallmark. They make the most delicious authentic Cantonese Style Chinese Food in Washington. Try their: SZECHUAN CRISPY BEEF, PEKING DUCK (carved table side), FLOUNDER "DUET", LO MEIN, PAN FRIED NOODLES, EGG ROLLS (best I've ever had), MONGOLIAN LAMB OR BEEF, and endless combinations of Shrimp, Chicken and Beef with stir fried Vegetables....
The food was ok and service was good but they charged me $15 for extra vegetable fried rice on a dish that cost $17 (the steamed vegetable delight). I think that is too excessive for rice. Can't imagine what they would charge for extra meat. Beware of the extra cost.
