I purchased a $20 Jamba Juice card that was promoted at your Montgomery Mall location. I was able to use it only on the day that I purchased it. After that, everytime I try to use I've been told that your card reader system is not working. I requested to speak with the Manager who came saying that it was an IT problem and he can't do anything about it. He recommended to try to use the card at other location. Well guess what?
