Jeni’s Ice Cream always delivers great quality, but I was a little disappointed with the flavor selection during my recent visit. I’ve always loved their unique options, but this time the choices felt a bit limited—and sadly, my favorite flavor, Brambleberry Crisp, is no longer available, which was a letdown.
That said, the service was excellent! The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful as we made our choices. The shop had a clean and cheerful atmosphere, which made for a pleasant visit overall.
I still recommend Jeni’s for its creamy texture and creative flavors—but I do hope they rotate back some of the classics (especially Brambleberry Crisp!).

Wish they had their dairy free chocolate truffle by the scoop. It's amazing. Right now they only have dairy free limon curd with pound cake, so it has gluten. Friendly staff.

Love this place. They are open late and honestly the best ice cream in the DMV area. Shout out to Astor who was so patient and let us taste more than a few flavors. My favorite is the wild berry lavender, a must try.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The ice cream is so creamy and the workers were super nice. I love the atmosphere of the place too.
My 3-year old and I have been to 10 different ice cream shops in the past 3 months, and this is definitely top 3. She has egg/milk allergies and I think the Texas Sheet Cake ice cream was her favorite ice cream she’s ever had (which you can probably tell from the pic). I got the Milkiest Chocolate which was AMAZING — way better than your average chocolate ice cream. Staff were friendly. Price was a bit higher than I would have expected for the serving size, but worth it for the taste — and it is Bethesda, after all. They have a rewards program which I did not join, but I would join and be a regular customer if I lived closer.

This place deserves a 10/10! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, no wonder there’s always a line of people waiting! Each flavor is rich, creamy, and bursting with taste. The employees are incredibly friendly and make the experience even more enjoyable. Special shoutout to Antonio and Astor, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I went to this ice cream location in the last week and was incredibly happy with the service. In particular, a kid named Astor was so helpful and pleasant. He made my kids laugh and smile and we were delighted to buy more ice cream right on the spot! Looking forward to my family's next trip.

I’ve wanted to try this place for ages! I was really excited to go. The ice cream tasted really good but they only had 9 flavors to pick from. All the flavors I wanted to try, they were out of. They only had really basic flavors left like vanilla, chocolate, coffee, peanut butter, and a kids flavor. Super disappointed. The employee seemed to hate her job but that’s not her fault.
