I have been coming to Leidos Pizzeria located at Montgomery Mall since 2000. Since then, from 2018 to present day, the pizza has never missed a beat. Whitney and her staff such as Chris also provide the best customer experience hands down. The entire team is polite, friendly, and always service with a smile. After several years of ordering from this Ledo location and being very pleased with our pizza, this last order was way below par. Overdone (even though we asked for well done, it was burned) and tasteless.
This Ledo’s is one of my favorites in the entire area. Very nice cozy atmosphere and all the employees are very nice and helpful. They will work with you too, my order got messed up twice but the manager reached back out to me and and offered me store credit for replacement meals, they did not have to do that but they did anyway. That says a lot about their character. I work in the mall and my breaks are only 30 minutes plus there are 2 pizza places in the mall, I’ll still...
