Went here on 2/10/2024. My son ordered spaghetti, my wife ordered salmon, I ordered a salad. My son and I received our meals, but not my wife.We asked for 1 meatball in the spaghetti because they're $2 each, but we received three. Then, after waiting a while, they told me they must've forgotten to make my wife's food.We left. I do not intend to come back.

This place prides itself on bad service. Wrong orders and bringing out half of the food and apps 10 minutes before drinks must be a regular practice here. The culture is clearly terrible here. Nordstrom do better. Smh I won’t ever come back to this location.

I will never order online from this place again it's the worst place ever to pick your food you have to wait at least 45minutes after you arriveWhat's the use to order online if I wait that

I've been eating at the cafe for years. Usually the service and food are good. I recently got a order to go. My salad didnt have all the ingredients and the soup usually comes with bread or crips. Those were absent also. Check your order before you leave.

Inside the Nordstrom Department Store at Montgomery Mall resides a secret café that is not so secret. What is probably not known is that it offers full menus every day of the week, and even includes a fantastic brunch selection. I have been to Nordstrom Marketplaces before but had never visited this one. The decor is a little bit dated, with dark woods receded lighting but with huge windows that let the light in. There are both booths and tables to chose from for your seating. The menus are available in printed and online form via QR Codes at the table. The servers present the print versions, so I recommend them. The service is prompt and courteous. When I asked for my mushroom burger to be wrapped in lettuce, they inmediately said it was not a problem (the burger is a blend of mushrooms and beef, with truffle aïoli, Asiago cheese and caramelized onions).I asked for a lemon cookie for desert (which is a Nordstrom Marketplace classic) but they were not ready yet, so they got me a complementary brownie with chocolate sauce. This was a great experience! I recommend everyone to try Nordstrom Marketplace!

A hidden gem! Full service restaurant with exceptional food and service, we were delighted by the surprise that awaited us at the back of a very quiet Nordstrom store on a weekday evening. While waiting for our iPhone to be repaired, Marketplace Cafe was recommended by the Apple staff and it lived up to the recommendation! The service was supurb (Gabriel was wonderful!), the food was incredible, and it far surpassed what I ever expected from a mall restaurant. Our spaghetti with shrimp was the perfect amount of spicy, and the chicken gnocchi was delicious. The lemon ricotta cookie is a must-have (and worthy of nearly being a meal in itself). We will absolutely be back and hope to see the place packed when we return and were happy to learn that they are extending their hours so hopefully more shoppers can experience this place.

Hidden gem in the Montgomery Mall! The waitstaff were attentive and prompt, providing excellent recommendations on the menu. We ordered spicy pasta with shrimp and gnocchi chicken pesto and both were above what I had expected. Tasty and beautifully plated, both dishes were a delightful surprise. The lemon ricotta cookie was a perfect dessert finish, and we will absolutely be back again. Highly recommend this quiet corner for a great meal at the mall!

Even though the restaurant was not busy, it was terribly slow. It took over 10 minutes to get our ice tea and much longer to get our meals. Forget the chicken taco starters. They were dry, and the chicken was in bits looking like canned cat food. We won't be back.

The food was amazing and all but what I really liked was their service. They were extremely kind and nice.

This large cafe is inside Nordstrom, right past the womens section on the first floor. It is a sit down restaurant. It is a little more expensive than I expected, especially for lunch. It has a small but diverse menu; and I like that it lists the caloric amounts next to each item. The service was good, even though it was pretty busy in the afternoon. I came with a group of 4 and we got several appetizers- the cauliflower, burrata caprese and the chicken tacos. All of them were amazing but the portion sizes were on the smaller side. The tomatoes and Burrata were super fresh over top of pesto sauce and little crostinis. The cauliflower was nice and crispy but it did have a strongTahini flavor. For the main meal, I ordered the cilantro salad with Atlantic salmon. There was a good amount of the cheese, pumpkin seeds and corn but I felt like it was missing something, tomatoes might have been good.

Entered a totally empty cafe, waited to be taken to a table while the greeter checked which table was available?? Ordered one latte, unavailable as only served in the ‘coffee shop’ outside in the mall, so ordered drip coffee (no cream/milk/half&half offered), one English breakfast tea with skim milk on the side. Don’t have skim so had to have full milk. Also ordered two cake/bars. Waitress delivered one teapot of hot water. No tea bag. Returned two minutes later with a choice of teabags - no English breakfast! Coffee lukewarm. Told server - no apology, just ‘OK, I’ll brew some more. It will be five minutes.” Ten minutes later - still no coffee. Cakes all eaten - and they were excellent. But! Opportunity lost.

Somewhat speechless -- still surprised to see a full-service diner cafe literally hidden in the middle of a premium department store in a large mall already filled with highly competitive aggressively advertizing food establishments. What's more? The food ingredients seem fresh and made to order. The flavor and taste may not seem consistent, but it beats the heck out disrupting the entire shopping experience and having to truck one and one's family 1000 to 2000 feet to eat something and walk all the way back to pick up shopping ---- congrats to Nordstrom strategist for trying to keep shoppers without Nordstrom store boundaries. Now in all honesty, the food seems inconsistent and the flavors are ok. Extra marks for having specials like lamb burger with harissa sauce and lambd pizza. The salmon in the salad entree was way overcooked. The crispy cauliflower seem dissappointing with just four small bites of actual cauliflower for a whopping $10. Overall, the cafe atmostphere and ambience is a nice respite from the busy shopping experience.

Everyone has a bad day...service picked up very quickly after 18 minutes and a discussion with the lead supervisor.
