Had a simply wonderful experience here! The food was great, excellent service, the manager Kristy came by our table and had the brightest smile and a stellar attitude! The staff seemed so happy and kristy seemed to be super helpful and supportive to them. I can’t wait to bring some friends back over and over and over again!
I’ve been shopping and dining at Ruchello Café at Nordstrom for a long time, and it’s honestly disappointing to see how much the prices have gone up. I’m not sure if this is happening at all locations, but the Montgomery Mall café has become outrageous.

Ruscello at Nordstrom is a favorite spot for many, offering fantastic selections, yummy food, and service that can't be beat. The food is super delicious, and the coffee is always fresh with a spectacular flavor and aroma. The atmosphere is very familiar and quiet, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Tucked away inside the Nordstrom store, this gem has great food and service, making it extraordinary for a department store. The dinner is exceptional; the braised beef ragu served with cheese tortellini is outstanding, with tortellini that melts in the mouth and ragu sauce with chunks of tomato and spinach. The tomato basil soup and salad are also delicious. The room is peacefully quiet, with no background music, making conversation easy. Staff are attentive and pleasant. For lunch, the food is tasty and nicely portioned, with options like steak barley soup, lobster bisque, calamari, heirloom tomatoes burrata salad, ravioli, turkey avocado sandwich, and penne bolognese pasta with chicken meatball. Service is attentive and courteous, and the price is reasonable. However, some find the prices have gone up, with a $30 salad barely having any protein and $45 for mac & cheese seen as outrageous. The cafe's atmosphere is more like a diner—nothing fancy but comfortable. Highly recommended.
