“Spent the day in DC yesterday and decided to enjoy lunch at the renowned Mitsitam Native Foods Cafe at the National Museum of the American Indian. I had heard such great things about, and I definitely wasn't steered wrong! Enjoyed the Bison Burger and the special platter with 3 sides, for which I selected Roast Rainbow Beets, Corn Pudding with cranberry gremolata, and Manoomin cakes (made of wild rice). Everything was so fresh and flavorful, and expressed inspiration from native American cuisine. The cafe has a very large selection of dishes as well, and foods are either plated immediately or cooked to order. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and there's large seating overseeing the gorgeous outdoor fountain. I can't recommend it enough, as it is a must try when visiting DC.“

“I take my aunt here annually to pick up her thanksgiving catered order. Today we decided to have lunch as well.
This place has a warm feeling and the staff is stern but in a friendly organized way. The food is good and I am thankful for free street parking.
Great job SPC!“
“It was my husband's 75th birthday. This was mentioned when we made our reservation and when we were seated. No recognition was given to him. As we were leaving, we met someone who turned 70 and they told us that they gave him a complimentary dessert. As often as we go to Clydes, I feel that the service toniight was not up to par.“
“Great customer service. Seems like much more qualified front desk staff than Georgetown MedStar, Everyone was competent, friendly, and helpful. But the hospital is so big it’s a beast to navigate, from finding the right parking lot to getting to the department you’re trying to get to. But everyone who works there was helpful in giving me directions.“
“I can eat the Kurger Bing on base, or the mess. Either one I choose will destroy my stomach. Question is, do I pay overpriced for it, or for free?
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian buffet outside
Kid-friendliness: Child eat free“
“Building underwent a huge renovation and is now really nice.
DFAC is basically all-you-can-eat, and they give you a to-go plate. Some items are better than others (the fries can be a little soggy), but there’s so much variety that you never struggle to find something good to eat. Espresso machines and soda fountains.
Pretty great value for just $7, especially since you can get a to-go plate after you’re done eating.“
“My days of growing up from a juvenile to an adult everything I did and didn’t was work related or job of taking care of myself whether I understood or didn’t understand what was going on in my surroundings whether my comprehension skills was average or poor ! “Several different ‘food bars’ heavily weighted towards Asian choices (but not exclusively Asian). Atmosphere of a college casa. Clean, reasonable priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. Small hassle to get in the building (metal detector, show ID) but worth it.“

“I work in the office of the bistro and I have to say that all of the food here is so delicious! My favorite is breakfast and my go-to is an egg, sausage or bacon, and cheese in a croissant. On top of that, the employees are super friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to the ladies who serve me every morning, you are all so very sweet! Keep up the good work!!“

“Had a great lunch at the cafe. Tasty food, nicely portioned, good service.
The atmosphere of this cafe is more like a diner. Nothing fancy but comfortable.
We had the steak barley soup, lobster bisque, calamari, heriloom tomatoes burrata salad, ravioli, turkey avocado sandwich, and penne bolognese pasta with chicken meatball. And we all enjoyed everything we ordered.
Our server was attentive and courteous & price came out pretty reasonable.
