Moby Dick House of Kabob

My husband placed an order on Friday, May 8th. Went to pick up with no problems, but we he opened the bag there was used chewing gum sitting on top of our platter. Someone chewed it. wrapped it and threw it in the bag 🤮 .

He did not want to return and complain, but trust we won’t ever place another order from this location or any other location.

This place is a disaster for ordering. Their app lies and gives you a time when it will be ready…I just sat for 25 min past when my food was supposed to be ready, only to be told they were no where near to having my order ready. I cancelled my order and left hungry. It is disrespectful to lie to people - if they are busy, that’s fine. They should just be truthful about it in the app so people do t waste their evening waiting for food that never comes.

This restaurant chain increased prices again , no longer a value meal place . Compared with shmadhiri express they are way down .

Kebabs are always delicious and it is very convenient and fast picking up orders here.

The food here is amazing. I absolutely love the rice and ground beef they have. The service is nothing special, you come to counter and order food and then go get it when they call your order. The atmosphere is fine but the music they play is kinda bad but whatever. It was quiet and easy to talk and the decoration is minimalistic and clean. I love this place and will continue to come.

Moby Dick feels like an old friend -- comfortable and dependable. We've been coming here for a long time. The Middle Eastern fare is tasty, and platters are ample in size.

It does appear that the kabobs are smaller than they once were; but that's not a deal breaker for us. Come as you are and enjoy!

We ordered food and were very tired just coming from a long flight. Ordered the food and told the cashier it is dine in, we got our drinks and waited for 40 mintues while no one else was in the restaurant. The staff keep walking by grabbing drinks and they saw us sitting and after I went back to the cashier asked about how long she looked at her counter and they packed the food to go and did not even bother to come and check with us or call us. When I said we had this for dining in she just gave me a look and gave the most sarcastic apology and hand me the food that was missing utensils and was cold.

I come here a lot with friends. The food is more fast food style but still very flavorful. There is great Farsi music and beautiful paintings inside. Would recommend getting the Koobideh kabob and make sure to ask for your rice to be Tahdig. You won’t regret it :)

One of the worse Moby Dick, I will not return again for the following reason:
- The sides with family played (for 5 or 6) will be given lesser than any other Moby Dick,
- You have to request for spicy sauce,
- They will not give you any other sauce,
- The servers are rude,
- The servers acting as if they’re offering you for free,

So far I have visited 5 branches of Moby Dick, this is the worse in comparison to all others I have visited.
